This page explains how LiveDialog ("we") handles your information. It covers livedialog.com: its waitlist and the AI guide you can chat with on it.

The waitlist

What we keep: the email address you give us, the website and kind of business you tell us about if you add them, and when you signed up.

Why: to email you when LiveDialog opens, and to show you a demo on your website if you'd like one. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't add you to anything else.

Chatting with our AI guide

What happens to your messages: they're sent to our AI provider, which writes the reply. The provider processes them only to answer you and doesn't use them to train its models. We don't keep the conversation on our servers.

On your device: your browser keeps the conversation for up to a day so it's still there if you reload the page. "Start over" clears it.

Contact details you choose to share: if you give the guide your name, email, phone number or website and agree to be contacted, we keep them with a one-line summary of what you asked for, and use them only to follow up (for example, to set up your demo). Sharing an email also adds you to the waitlist.

Abuse limits: we count messages per IP address for a minute at a time to stop abuse. We don't store the address.

Support messages

When you write to us from the Support page or by email, we keep your name, email address and message to answer you and to look back on if you write again.

Customers

When you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We keep your billing contact and subscription history for our records and as the law requires.

Who sees it

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run LiveDialog for us, each for its own part of the job and bound to protect it: our hosting and database provider, our AI provider (to write the guide's replies), our payment processor (to take payments) and our email provider (to send you mail). Each receives it over encrypted connections from our systems. Beyond them, we disclose information only when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Everything travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, and stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Only the people who run LiveDialog can see it, behind private access keys. We keep only what we need, and we delete it when you ask or when it's no longer needed.

Everything else

No tracking: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.

Your choices: email support@livedialog.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to leave the list. We'll do it promptly.

Changes: if this page changes, we'll update the date above, and email the waitlist about any important change.
